Refund Policy
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer a voluntary "Change of Mind" return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your physical product, you may return it within 60 days from the date of purchase for a refund.
- Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition you received them.

Exclusions: This voluntary 60-day guarantee does not apply to:
- Digital products (e.g., STL files) once downloaded.
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or negligence.
- Shipping Costs: For "Change of Mind" returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If your item is defective, arrives damaged, or breaks due to a manufacturing fault:
- Assessment: Please email us at support@nolitto3d.com with a description and photos/video of the issue.

Remedy: We will assess the issue in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
- Minor Failure: We will repair the item or send a replacement part free of charge.
- Major Failure: You are entitled to choose between a replacement or a full refund.
- Return Shipping: If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping or provide a pre-paid label.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer "Change of Mind" refunds for STL files once they have been downloaded. However, if the file is corrupted or does not match the description provided, please contact us for assistance or a replacement file as per your consumer rights.
### 5. Limitation of Liability
Our products are designed and manufactured strictly for recreational simulation use. To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law:
***Scope of Liability:** nolitto3d will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
***Third-Party Equipment:** We are not responsible for any damage to third-party simulation peripherals, hardware, or electronics resulting from improper installation, forced fitment, unauthorized modifications, or usage outside of normal operating parameters.
***Maximum Remedy:** Except where mandated otherwise by the Australian Consumer Law, our total financial liability to you for any claim regarding a product defect or failure will be strictly limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the original purchase price.
